Macmillan Education is pleased to announce that Lioncrest Education in The Hunter Valley, New South Wales, will become the sole distributor for a number of key Macmillan Education primary school curriculum products in Australia in 2020, effective from January 1, 2020.
Emma Bourne, Managing Director Curriculum and Higher Education, said, “We are delighted that Lioncrest will be the distributor in Australia and will be able to ensure continuity of our relationship with schools in this market. It was important that we partner with a company that has considerable knowledge of the primary schools sector in Australia and we are confident that Lioncrest Education offers an ideal partnership for us to continue supply to our customers for these key Australian products.
Terry Hughes, Managing Director for Lioncrest Education, said, “We are excited to be adding the Macmillan Education International Curriculum portfolio of products to our range of primary resources for teachers and pupils. There are some well-established series in Australia such as Learn Abouts and new products such as Snappy Sounds phonics and the award winning Talk about Texts, written by experts in Australia to teach guided reading. We are confident that these will be a very popular addition to our schools.”
