How do I order?

Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and carrier.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged products, or where required under Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or discounted items.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit card and approved school invoice arrangements where applicable.
