Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help.

14-Day Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your receipt is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and details on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrives with an issue

We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
