* Set homework easily or offer extra support where needed with activities that have been designed to be used by students working individually.
* Warm-up activities at the start of each section build confidence through recall tasks such as matching, annotating diagrams and multiple-choice questions, while cool-down activities provide a consistent, accessible end-of-section task
* Practice tasks help students strengthen their understanding of anatomy and physiology, health and fitness, skill acquisition and sociocultural influences, and build confidence in applying knowledge to exam-style questions, with demand increasing gradually across each unit.
* A wide variety of question types including explain, describe, give reasons, complete the table, and diagram-based tasks, support learners in developing the skills needed for Paper 1 and Component 2, with marks clearly indicated for every question.
