Fearless Conversations School Leaders Have to Have

To meet the needs of today's learners, fearless leadership is required to continually lead and support the adults who work with these learners. Many leaders lack the essential skill sets required to move stakeholders toward progress. A challenging problem for too many leaders is how, what to, and when to collaborate well with stakeholders. Remaining politically correct, being careful not to offend, and concentrating on getting promotions or retaining a position can often cloud the focus required to strengthen a leader's effectiveness. This book hits at the very core of the academic, behavioral, and social/emotional needs of students, and would help many instructional leaders to establish a foundation from which to guide their schools to greater success, as well as teaching administrators to rely on and empower master teachers to lead the way.
