How do I order?

What happens if my order is incorrect?
If you have received an item different from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team on FREE call 1800 249 727 or email us at info@lioncrest.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
My computer froze or I had another technical difficulty while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email immediately when you place an order. You may have to wait a little while, and remember to check your spam/ bin folders if you don’t see it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders on this website are processed within 24-48 hours. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post (regular postage) or NZ Courier Post.
How much is postage and handling?
Orders for standard delivery by Australia Post within Australia are charged at a special flat rate of $14.95 Postage & Handling.
Additional charges may apply if you request an alternate shipping method or for shipping to other regions. Please contact us to request a quote.
Can we arrange to deliver at a certain date?
Yes, when placing the order request the preferred week for delivery, eg “week 1 term 1” and we will do our best to dispatch your order for delivery.
All deliveries are subject to the postal or courier systems availability, environmental and other delays that may affect the delivery time.
Can I return my order?
How do I return my order or part there of?
If I return something, how do you refund me the purchase price?
If your school has been invoiced, we will credit the invoice once we receive the returned, undamaged goods. If you paid by Credit Card, your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from (less credit card fees).
How long will a refund take to process?
We will process your credit note/refund within 5 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
Please remember, your financial institution can take an extra few days to get the refund back into your account.
What payment types do you accept?
For School orders we can send an invoice through to your school account to make payment.
What currency and GST are displayed?
Prices shown are in local currency ($AUD or $NZD) and include local GST (10% for Australia and 15% for New Zealand).
