If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team on FREEcall 1800 249 727 or email us at info@lioncrest.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email immediately when you place an order. You may have to wait a little while, and remember to check your spam/ bin folders if you don't see it. 

If you have not received confirmation via email, please call our Customer Service Team on FREEcall 1800 249 727 email: info@lioncrest.com.au to confirm the placement of your order.

 

All orders on this website are processed within 24-48 hours. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post (regular postage).

Orders are charged at a special flat rate of $12.10 Postage & Handling.

Additional charges may apply if you request an alternate shipping method.

 If you are not happy with the products, you can return them within 30 days, in perfect condition, unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law).

If your school has been invoiced, we will credit the invoice once we receive the returned, undamaged goods. If you paid by Credit Card, your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.

We will process your credit note/refund within 5 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse.

Please remember, your financial institution can take an extra few days to get the refund back into your account.

Lioncrest Education offers a number of payment methods:
 
Pay easily online via PayPal or Credit Card via PayPal. For School orders we can send an invoice through to your school to make payment when you checkout.
 
You can also pay via credit card (Visa, MasterCard) over the phone (FREEcall 1800 249 727), or by Direct Bank Deposit.
