Feel Brave Teaching Guide

Activities include guided visualisations, physical exercises, drama games, mindfulness exercises, craft activities and card games. The teaching guide includes the text from five books meaning they can be read aloud in class. The guide can also support video story telling sessions fit for classroom and assembly sessions that are freely available on the Feel Brave page in our Wellbeing Life Skills section of the Lioncrest website.
